Therefore, only the best custom home builder should be utilized for such an important asset. Custom New Home Building Phases

Pre-project Screening

This is a complementary one-to-two-hour meeting to determine if OHKC is the best builder for your custom home project. General items like square footage, style of home, and typical price-point based on historical builds similar to your idealized home are discussed.

Conceptual

This phase is where we further assess your custom home requirements and provide you with a refined but still rough estimate for construction activities.

Design

During this phase, an architect or home designer is selected, plans are created, and a detailed estimate is generated. By the end of this phase, you will have sealed plans from an architect and/or engineer that are yours to keep. You will have an option to utilize OHKC as your general contractor or select a different general contractor.

Construction

All permits are attained, construction activities are completed, certificate of occupancy is obtained, and you finally take possession of your new home! Congratulations are in order!
