We purchased a new house from OHKC in 2017. It is our dream house and we have almost no issues about it. Location is important for us. It faces to the south and back to north perfectly:-):-) It is close to both the workplace and shopping places that we often go to. We love our house not only because it has high quality and value, but also because neighbors are so friendly. In addition, Rocky is very nice. He responded to us in time whenever we had a question. We would like to highly recommend OHKC.
